Good reasons to write
- A rate or rule on a page looks out of date.
- A calculator gives a figure that does not match your passbook.
- You have a question about a scheme that our pages do not answer.
- Advertising or partnership enquiries (see Advertise).
What we cannot help with
We are not India Post and cannot see, open, close or change any account. Please do not send account numbers, Aadhaar, PAN or passwords. For account problems, contact your post office or the official India Post helpline.
